Exclusive Grassroots and Youth Development Partner
As the Official Sponsor of the UAE FA’s national teams and Exclusive Grassroots and Youth Development Partner, we are working closely with the UAE FA to increase participation in football across the country.
Our support of the “Grassroots Festivals”, the UAE FA’s youth development program, represented the first step in the development of a fully integrated national youth development program that will facilitate greater participation in football across the United Arab Emirates.
The festivals marked the first phase of the program and provided children between the ages of six to twelve years with the opportunity to receive football lessons from FIFA accredited coaches.
Launched in Abu Dhabi on 18th April 2010, the festivals then travelled to Dubai, Sharjah and Fujairah, before culminating in a National Festival played at the Zayed Sports City. Over 800 children participated in the program in 2010.
Plans are now underway for the 2011 festivals to include all seven Emirates and all 10 education zones.
Our goal is to inspire young people – our nation’s future leaders – to learn important life and leadership skills while embracing the healthy lifestyle associated with playing sport.

We are also working with the UAE FA to share knowledge and insights that will benefit the long-term operations of our respective organizations; we continue to support the development of the UAE FA business operations, while the UAE FA are bringing leading sports experience to the business world via a series of ‘learn from the experts’ sessions covering a range of topics including team building and motivation.
