Abu Dhabi Knee & Sports Medicine Centre (ADKSMC)
Abu Dhabi Knee & Sports Medicine Centre, established by Mubadala in 2006, was the first facility in the region to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with knee and sports-related injuries.
The Centre is uniquely positioned to provide seamless care from first consultation and diagnosis to surgery, rehabilitation and recovery – all within the same facility. It has conducted over 2000 surgical procedures in its first four years and now plans to expand its services by moving to a new purpose-built facility in the Arzanah Medical Complex.
The complex, which will also house Wooridul Spine Centre and a Wellness & Diagnostic Centre, is 100 percent owned by Mubadala and currently under construction in the new mixed-use development surrounding Sheikh Zayed Stadium, about 15 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi.
