Agility Abu Dhabi
Agility Abu Dhabi is an integrated logistics provider that provides tailored logistics solutions and international freight management services to Abu Dhabi-based clients, including warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, project logistics and contract logistics.
Launched in 2008 as a joint venture between Mubadala (holding a 36.5 percent stake), Agility and Al Bateen Investments, the company is addressing the logistics needs of the rapidly growing economy of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.
Agility Abu Dhabi has been granted ISO certification and recently won several strategic contracts in Abu Dhabi, including: Petrofac, Masdar (as logistics partner), Hyundai Engineering, NPCC and the inaugural 2009 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Formula 1 Grand Prix, for which we successfully delivered the end-to-end logistics solutions.
In addition, Agility Abu Dhabi delivered in early 2010 an integrated chemical logistics complex in Shanghai for Abu Dhabi-based Borouge, a leading global manufacturer of polyolefin plastics, with a 10-year agreement to manage its logistics hub facility.
